Refund and Cancellation Policy

QuiltDraft provides immediate access to digital, browser-based quilt design software. Because digital software access cannot be returned, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Before purchasing, please review the software description, features, system requirements, pricing, and available demonstrations to make sure QuiltDraft is suitable for your needs.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Changing your mind after purchasing
  • Deciding that you no longer need or want the software
  • Failing to use the software during the purchased access period
  • Lack of familiarity with quilt design, computers, or the software
  • Features or compatibility limitations that were disclosed before purchase
  • Cancellation partway through a paid monthly billing period
  • Failure to cancel before the next monthly renewal

Billing or access problems

Please contact us if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase
  • Payment was completed but you did not receive access
  • A technical problem prevents you from using the software and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable period
  • You believe a charge was made without your authorization

We will investigate billing and access problems individually. When a refund is legally required or approved by QuiltDraft, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a subscription to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period.

Annual automatic renewals may be subject to additional cancellation and prorated refund rights under applicable consumer law.
